Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed Fri evening–Sun are processed the next business day.

Transit time
After processing, average delivery time is 8–12 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (tracking may activate within 24–48h).

Shipping fees
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum.

Order & checkout
Add your items to cart → Checkout → enter shipping details → choose payment method → Place order.
All payment options are processed in a secure (SSL) environment.

Consolidated shipping
To keep prices fair and reduce our footprint, we consolidate parcels and ship once a minimum batch is reached.

Address changes
Enter your address carefully. If you need a change, contact us ASAP before dispatch. Once shipped, address changes aren’t guaranteed.

Split shipments
Items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel when applicable.

Delays
Minor delays can occur during holidays, high-volume periods, weather events, or customs checks.

Lost/Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t updated for several days, contact us with your order number + tracking link so we can assist.

Customs & duties (if applicable)
Depending on your destination, local import VAT/clearance fees may be collected by the carrier or postal service.
These costs (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
